Got a copy of "Super Stock"

I've been watching every place I could find for a copy of "Super Stock" ever since I got my copy of "Junior Stock". Just found a hard cover edition on eBay for under 20 bucks! The dust cover is missing and somebody put a date inside the front cover, but other than that, it's in near mint condition. Works for me!

I was kind of shocked to see an under 20 dollars price on a hard cover copy in that condition. Couldn't very well pass it up.

Ooohhhh. Hot Dog. , I'll most definitely need a copy of that. Hadn't run across that anywhere yet. I can see where that is going to fit right in my new library of books. Thanks for the tip.

The other book that is right at the top of my want list is, "Maximum Performance: MOPAR Super Stock Drag Racing".

I love magazines and books. Use to get them at swap meets and flea markets. Kind of dried up lately and when you do find them, they are too much for me. You got a good deal on that book.i would love to get the Nasser book too.

I was just thinking. I could build models from now until I kick the bucket and never build anything except Junior Stock, Super Stock, Gassers, F/X cars, and a few factory stock muscle cars. And I'd be as happy as a pig in cool mud.

Need this also to round out you collection. I'll post the pic when I get the book out.
My 55 Chevy is in the gasser book, a 1962 photo.

My book came in the mail today. I just took a few minutes to glance through it. First thing that hit me was the condition of the book. Other than a date penned in on the inside cover, there isn't a mark, spot, speck, wrinkled page, or anything else wrong with the book. Other than the dust cover missing you could easily mistake this book for a brand new copy.

Next thing that hit me was the incredible amount of photos in the book. Pretty much everything that ran down the track in Stock or Super Stock form is in this book. Can't wait to finish "Junior Stock" so I can start on this one.
