1952 Hudson Sportabout prototype

As some my have noticed from some of my build. I like making a build leaves people scratching their heads and curious if the car was built or only a prototype or just an idea.
This in the Moebius Hudson Convertible that I spent a bit of time shortening the body into a 2 seat convertible but keeping ALL the body proportions. More along the lines of a Nash Healy or a Curtis. I took close to 1 & 1/4 inches out behind the doors, but made it using the way Hudson could have with minimal tooling out lay.

Fantastic custom job! I've scrolled up and down the page about a dozen times. Every once in a while it reminds me of some other car, but I just can't lock in on it and say what car it is. There is just something familiar about it that my pea brain can't recall.

A most excellent job on it, for sure.

This is really cool and it is an example of excellent craftsmanship bringing a vision into scale reality. Very, very well done sir!

It's a familiar shape and a few people have seen a parallel with the early 50's Damiler and Mercedes Roadsters.
