Took me about a year to build this ..... this kit has lots of fitment issues and missing parts ..... big gap in back from frame to bumper ? GEEZE I liked the flip nose on the kit I de-chromed the sides Radius-ed the wheel wells and built the scoop from a scrap box part and sheet plastic Cut out the back seat , built up a full roll cage I also added brake lines fuel lines throttle linkage dipsticks for engine and trans ( Vitar Clutch-Flite) master cyl and slave cyl Added extra cross members for the ladder bars Modified the ladder bars so they fit better added a filler panel between chassis and rear bumper added rails for the bumper. yeh im a detail freak . I probably overdid it again . The paint job is silver flake with candy blue panels Then I sprayed candy red over that hoping to make it look purple and red but the effect didn't work and came out too dark like a black cherry and red look. It was disappointing but decided to finish it anyway. again this car just comes from my head and an actual car never existed Im not sure this car would have been considered a Gasser . maybe it would have fit in the A/G B/G class in 1975 or something i dont know . probably an early super gas racer. I think you did a great job putting this build together. I like the red color of the body.
You should look into Imgur or Fokti for your photos. I use Imgur for my photos, it's free.

I think the effect on the paint is wicked cool! The whole build is great. By mid 70's this car like my 55 would've been classed as /MP. In 74 my car with a blown 396 was BB/G, in 75 it was reclassed a C/MP in NHRA and AHRA and by UDRA it was B/MP. Paul

I've got one of these kits in my stash and really need to build it. I do like your choice in wheels as I could just never get into the OOB wheels. Good color choice and I like all the details that you added. Great job on a tough model to build.
