I havent finished a model in a while . this one isnt one of my best . but here it is .This is the Revell Baldwin Motion 69 camaro kit , very good kit to build . I kit bashed a lot of parts and modified a lot and also put a few resin aftermarket parts on it . Hood scoop from Johan sox and martin cuda molded to flat camaro hood made to look like it was a new addition to the car (white gel coat ) modified the grille so the headlights show . radiused the rear wheels wells to clear the big slicks. Scrathbuilt the roll cage , seat belts . modified the oil pan to look like a moroso deep pan , the usual plug wires and fuel lines and carb linkage . Header collectors added to kit headers. brake lines . scratchbuilt electric fuel pump and lines. The paint is all testors Flat black base coat a little metalflake sprinkled on the top of the car is testors candy blue and the sides are testors candy green . blended no parting line. There was a car that ran at New york national speedway in the early 70s called the Equalizer Owned by two guys named Heller and Sarnelli then was sold to a man named Ronnie Capposella . I designed this model to look similar to that car from pictures I found on facebook. its not an exact copy. I added my own ideas. Yeh back then a twin dominator tunnel rammed 427 could only run low tens high nines. that was really fast back in the day tho LOL Attachments:

Great engine detail and I like the color. If it ran at NY National or Suffolk (Hamptons) Dragway I either saw it or ran against it with my Challenger. Paul

Paul this is the car i was talking about found the pic last night I'm pretty sure we ran each other. I'm going through my pics for my Challenger. I was sponsored by Speedwin Automotive and Bayside Chrysler/Plymouth we ran two Challengers, 1 auto and one 4 speed. Both identical twins.
