Thumb, that is just outstanding! , Just ****** Outstanding it is!!!!!!!!!!! Your engine detailing is just supertabulous. The paint, decal work------well, I can't say enough. If you would, give us a little info on how and what you used to detail your mill and what was the kit you based this beauty on. When the photo first popped up, I thought you were showing a photo of the 1:1 of your build subject and then it sunk in that THIS was the model. And that white paint!!! It looks slicker than possum snot on glass! You Da Man, uh huh, You Be Da Man!!!!!!!!!!!!

You SHOULD be proud. Not just because it took best of show, but because this thing is a work of art. Everything glooz said times 2. That engine compartment is just flat out super.

The kit I used to build this one was the AMT '67 Camaro Z-28 which really is not a '67. I had to do a little hacking to get it right or as close as I could. Right now I don't have the time to go through everything I did but I can tell you and you may not believe it, that the paint job is white primer with clear lacquer over it. I figured why take a chance of adding white paint and messing it up when it was already white. When I have some time I'll go through the detailing I did along with some pics. BTW, thanks guys for the great comments especially from guys that 'can build'!

Don't know how I missed this one but I won't forget it! The scratch building is top of the line. In fact the whole job is.

Absolutly fantastic work! Carb is a real work of art in my eyes. What material did you use for the alternator belt? Looks real. Paul
