A " Back to the Top " button sure would be nice and help the Forum more user-friendly. Also a " DEFAULT " for the Themes would be nice.

Both of those are excellent suggestions. I will definitely look into both. Don't despair if it doesn't happen right away. I'll have to research and see how each is accomplished. I'll at least start looking right now.

OK. I just double checked and it at least appears to me that ProlassicV5 is currently set as the default theme. When you login do you see a basic blue layout with an altered running wheels up? If so then the default is working for you.

Thanks. That's the theme I'm using because it looks the cleanest.

Well, I at least think I have addressed both of your requests. You should now have 2 buttons on the side of the forum that will allow you to quickly scroll either to the top, or to the bottom. Let me know if it's working for you guys.
I appreciate the suggestions. Made me do some work and had to stress the old thinker a bit, but that's what it's all about - improving the forum for you users.

I think that it would be nice if everyone put their name in their signature so we can get to know each other better. Just a thought.

How about a Street Freak and a Pro Street Thread? Everybody has some that don't quite fit in. Paul

How about a Street Freak and a Pro Street Thread? Everybody has some that don't quite fit in. Paul OK. Before I add more boards I need to ask a couple questions. I'm not at all familiar with the whole Pro Street thing. Are Pro Street and Pro Mod cars the same, or at least very close to the same? What I'm wondering is if I could just modify the name of the "Pro Mods" board to "Pro Mods & Pro Street" As for Street Freaks, I am familiar with them. Car Craft magazine coined the term, "Street Freak" for muscle cars modified beyond the norm. They were basically Day 2 cars that had added horsepower and other performance parts. Now, that's the official version. As far as I'm concerned, I call street machines that look like gassers, "Street Freaks". I'm actually right. Those street legal cars that look like gassers ARE Street Freaks, but so are some other cars. My '67 Barracuda, '67 Cougar, and '71 Chevelle were all Street Freaks according to Car Craft (and most everybody else). I didn't call them Street Freaks. I referred to them as Street Machines. So, bottom line on anything you might refer to as a Street Freak would either fit in the " Muscle Cars, Day 2 Cars, & Factory Stock" board or in the "Gassers" board after I change the name of it. I think I'll change it to reflect street legal gassers as "Street Freaks".

Pro Street are basically "back half" cars like photo, when you see the photo you can decide if it fits in Pro Stock. Thats why I asked brfore posting something in an incorrect spot. Street Freaks isn't the term I should probably not have used, probably "Street Machine" is a better term.. the stuff we build for real in the late 60's , 70's no real class to run but ran mostly for grudge or time only.

I did just a little checking around on the 'Net. For now, let's put Pro Street in with Pro Mods. I know there are a few differences, but overall I think the two types are very similar. Appearance wise a lot of them can't be distinguished from the other. Maybe somebody else can chime in and either confirm the way I'm thinking or offer reasons why they should be different.
