This is another started project that finds itself back on the workbench. Do you see a pattern here! I bought a few of these as old build ups and I stripped this one down and put a fresh paint job on it. I think I'll slide a early hemi in this one and build it as a local match racer.

You got my attention on this one. First, it's an altered wheel base. Second it's a mid 60s Comet. I'll be looking forward to the completed photos.

Another mock up for the show. I like the ride height on this one a little better. A little high but this is as low as you can get it without major mods. I also went through my Hemis this morning and decided on a Revell Willys early hemi with the hydro removed. I'll add a bellhousing and a torqueflight transmission to mimic an Art Carr ClutchFlight transmission. I'm going to replace those Cragars on the front with some zero offset 4" wide ones. The steel rear wheels will be painted aluminum/silver.

I like it, cool color and nice stance. Needs a Cammer with big honkin stacks!
