Gasser Wars Magazine is published by Phil and Dee Morris from Snohomish, Washington. They are really good people. I met them at the 1998 Goodguys show in Scottsdale, Arizona. The show was having a specified group called "A gathering of Anglias". The pictures of them below show them standing between my 1948 Thames (before the rebuild) and Dean Kirsten's gorgeous stock right hand drive 1954 Anglia (Popular).

Here are some more of the Anglias at the 1998 Scottsdale gathering ..... these two were owned by the same guy ..... the dark green one was stock and the one in primer was powered by a 231 cu. in. V-6 Buick ..... this one was owned by a man from Palm Springs, CA ...... he owned a body shop that only worked on luxury cars (Rolls, Bentleys, Ferraris, etc) ..... this little beast was powered by a Hilborn injected 426 Hemi ..... the mural on the hood showed an Elephant (Hemi) whipping a Rat (Big block Chevy) ....... really unique ..... this pretty beast was from Utah ..... powered by a blown Chevy ..... this little orange one was owned by a man in Phoenix ..... powered by a small block Chevy ..... and this one from New Mexico was cloaked in DuPont Chromalusion teal green to purple flip flop paint

Some great looking hot rods, for sure. I do like that Hemi powered car. Yep, that's a nice one.
