I'm starting this build with the AMT Dirty Donny's '69 GTX kit. I will be removing the GTX emblems and trim and adding a 727 transmission and column shifter. Maybe do some detailing to the engine. Other than that this should be an easy peasy build.

That is going to be a nice build. I'll have to look deeper in to the 3 D parts. Paul

Thanks, Paul. The 3D parts have been awesome and the guy I bought these from really knows his stuff. The parts fit a lot like kit parts.

I picked a few Mopar 727 automatic transmissions up on eBay... It turns out that the folks doing these parts are in the same state as I am and I got the parts the day after I ordered them. They also have a website here's their link... action-modeler.com/

Paint does look great to me. The wheel covers look excellent. I definitely am getting some of his parts. Paul

Thanks, Paul. The hub caps are awesome and designed in a way that they are very easy to detail, even though I painted them in the wrong order. Next time I will paint the darker color first then detail paint the rest after. Even doing the chrome was simple with a Molotow pen, thanks to the way those areas are raised. And they truly fit like the kit parts...

Yeah, Sorry, I probably should have warned you about that. LOL. Some of those guys have some crazy cool stuff! Whatever you do don't search for 1/25 scale people. There seem to be thousands of them and some are very cool and some are quite risque. The cool ones could be used in a lot of different dioramas, like the pits at a drag strip. there are even some that could be used as drivers.

THey look good. I have a bunch of Mama Mopar detail decals from The Last Detail I bought years ago. I'm looking for the Sox and Martin Super Bird decals.

Those Sox & Martin decals will be hard to come by. Especially any in good enough shape to use.
